Are you in survival mode?

Wow....this is a good question for me. Why? Because I seriously think I have been in survival mode lately. Not on purpose, but somehow life just gets going and keeps going and stops for no one unless you are persistent to keep up. This week I realized that I was going through the motions and barely showed up for myself.
